Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Returns

We accept return requests made within 14 days after the order is delivered.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, including returns because the customer changed their mind or selected the wrong connector type or product model, the product must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, with all included accessories and, where reasonably possible, its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, including returns caused by the customer selecting the wrong connector type or product model. Original standard shipping charges will be refunded where required by applicable law. Additional express shipping charges are non-refundable.

This does not apply where we supplied an incorrect product, provided incorrect compatibility information, or the product is defective or not as described.

Please contact us at rilinhificable@163.com before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

Please inspect your order after delivery. If the product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not work as described, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

- Your order number;
- A description of the problem;
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue;
- A photo of the charger label used with the product, where the issue involves charging.

After inspection, we may provide troubleshooting, repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund, as appropriate and as required by applicable law.

If we confirm that the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

12-Month Limited Commercial Warranty

In addition to any statutory rights available under applicable consumer law, we provide a 12-month limited commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date.

This commercial warranty covers failures caused by defective materials or workmanship under normal and proper use.

Battery operating time and battery capacity naturally decrease with usage and charging cycles. Normal battery degradation is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Charging and Care Requirements

This product must be charged only with a regulated 5V, 1A–2A charger.

Do not use fast-charging adapters, chargers that output a voltage higher than 5V, or incompatible charging equipment.

The product is not waterproof. Keep it away from rain, sweat, liquids and high-humidity environments. Stop using the product immediately if it becomes wet.

Warranty Exclusions

The commercial warranty does not cover damage caused by:

- Fast chargers, chargers above 5V or incompatible power supplies;
- Water, sweat, liquid or moisture exposure;
- Dropping, crushing, impact or excessive pulling or bending;
- Improper storage or extreme temperatures;
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification or repair;
- Incorrect installation or incompatible connectors;
- Normal wear, cosmetic damage or normal battery ageing;
- Failure to follow the supplied operating and charging instructions.

Where appropriate, we may request reasonable photos, videos or inspection of the returned product to identify the cause of failure. An exclusion will only be applied when the available evidence reasonably indicates that the damage resulted from an excluded cause.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Custom-Made Products

Products manufactured or modified specifically according to an individual customer’s requirements may not qualify for change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.

Selecting a standard connector option shown on the product page does not automatically make a product custom-made.

Statutory Rights

This policy provides a commercial return and warranty process and does not limit or replace any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of the customer’s country or region.

IMPORTANT: Charge only with a 5V 1A–2A adapter. Do not use a fast charger. This product is not waterproof.
